Achieving a State of Healthy Weight

The NRC conducts an annual ASHW assessment of new and revised child care regulations in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. States’ rules are rated on 47 healthy weight practices drawn from Preventing Childhood Obesity in Early Care and Education Programs, 2nd Edition. See the current and earlier ASHW reports and supplements and other Healthy Weight Resources below.
